Ryan Browning is a member of the WV House of Delegates representing District 28, central Wayne County. He was appointed by then Governor, Jim Justice.

Since elected, Ryan Browning has voted in favor of meaningful legislation to include tax cuts, boosting our tourism and making our business climate more friendly for job creators.

Ryan Browning

Ryan Browning grew up in Wayne County and is a small business owner. He believes in hard work, responsible leaderships and representing the interests of our district.

He graduated from Spring Valley High School and went on to earn his Bachelor's Degree from West Virginia University Institute of Technology.

Before being elected, Ryan Browning built his career in the trucking and transportation industry and understands firsthand the challenges faced by working families and small businesses.

In the Legislature, he focuses on practical solutions to our problems with a common sense conservative approach.
